proClaimer Appraisal (PCA) is a text based program, written in Turbo Pascal. Although PCA is text based, it works fine with all versions of MS-DOS 3.3 or higher and most versions of Windows.
PCA provides a complete solution for property appraisals and insurance loss analysis. PCA is great for storm troopers and independent adjusters and also has features that simplify contractor bids and invoicing.
PCA provides many "line by line" percentage calculations including depreciation (also by age), sales tax, overhead and profit, demolition and debris removal. PCA also comes with a comprehensive database complete with descriptions and prices. PCA's database design allows full customization of descriptions, units and up to three (3) levels of pricing for each item in the database. PCA supports up to 65,000 items per database and the number of databases is limited only by available disk drive space.
Since PCA first arrived in 1991, many insurance companies are familiar with our concise, easy to read printed reports.
