& Loss Analysis
Our Policy & Loss Analysis report calculates the totals for the loss and compares these to the policy information entered. Deductibles and Compliance are considered to calculate the ACV claim, RCC payment and hold-back amounts.

Our appraisal shows each line item including your "line by line" depreciation, with items grouped in the standard 4 categories of

In addition, proClaimer Appraisal supports o\up to 10 additional user defined categories that can be used for situations where separate deductibles and/or limits of coverage are applicable, for example, scheduled property like jewelry or electronics.

The comment section of proClaimer Appraisal can be used in many ways from a simple 5 line report (or 2 lines, like our example) that can be printed separately or optionally on the Policy & Loss Analysis report. You can enter up to 1000 lines of comments that can be printed as a separate report. Many adjusters use this feature to make their final narrative report to the company.

Mounting Sheet
Here is an example of a "blank" photo sheet that can be printed with proClaimer Appraisal, but you also have the flexibility to enter descriptions for up to 1000 photographs per claim and then PCA will print them two (2) per page with other information including the Date & Time Taken.
